Cancellation & Refund Policy
Because your plan is personalised digital content, purchases are non-refundable once you have received access to your program.
Refunds are only provided in the following circumstances:
1. You did not receive access to your program
Check your email (including your spam/promotions folder) for your login details. If you still haven't received access within 14 days of purchase, email us at info@nova-transformations.com. If we are unable to resolve this within 14 days of your email, you may request a full refund.
2. You received a defective product
Email us at info@nova-transformations.com with a screenshot or screen recording showing the issue. If we are unable to resolve the defect within 14 days, you may request a full refund.
3. Money-Back Guarantee
If the money-back option was presented to you during checkout, you may be eligible for a refund provided that you contact us at info@nova-transformations.com within 30 days of your initial purchase.
Please note that the money-back guarantee does not apply in the following cases:
- Personal reasons (you don't like the product, it did not meet your expectations, etc.)
- Financial reasons (you did not expect to be charged, or that the services are paid, etc.)
How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are returned within 10 business days via your original payment method. Once a refund is issued, you will lose access to the program.
Credit card disputes
If you initiate a dispute with your credit card provider before contacting us, we will be unable to process a refund until the dispute is fully resolved — a process that can take several months. We kindly ask that you reach out to us first so we can resolve any concerns directly and quickly.
