2. Physical Bonus Item
Customers may receive a physical bonus item as part of their purchase. This item will be processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after the order is placed.

3. Shipping Times
Delivery times for the physical item may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier. Estimated delivery times will be provided where possible but are not guaranteed.

4. Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

5. Access Issues (Digital Products)
If you do not receive access to your digital product, please contact support and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
